Welcome Day: Tuesday September 2, 2025

• Kelowna- 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
• Penticton – 11:30 a.m.- 3 p.m.
• Vernon – 10:30 a.m-2:30 p.m.
• Salmon Arm – 11:30 a.m. -2:30 p.m.

The event will be filled with fun, games, music, free food and prizes! Be sure to check out all the booths, where you’ll find information about student support services and community connections.

Engage with peers, meet other new students, and get to know your campus!

Program sessions will also take place during the event — details about the programs, times, and locations will be posted at Welcome Day and the Orientation website: New Student Orientation

Don’t have a program session? No worries! There will still be plenty of exciting and fun ways to meet fellow students during Welcome Day.

Getting to CAMPUS:

• The first couple weeks will be busy so plan on where to park, bus route options, grab your bike and store it in our bike locker (access at the Recreation office) or get dropped off!
• Tips for Kelowna Campus- we have a lot of construction going on so bus drop-off locations and car/ parking access may change.
• Keep updated on all campus transportation: Campus Maps
